Everything (that I have tested, anyway) works perfectly fine in this release. There seems to be a noticeable improvement when using sliders (such as brightness); the slider-thingy moves smoothly now.

Changes (Cumulative)

• Some new animations (I wrote them myself) – the ‘sliding sideways’ animation. More when I work out what I’m doing. Also adjusted the timings for a couple of others, such as the toast timings.

• Fixed that big fat issue causing nothing to work
• Adjusted the layout of various items (such as the categories in File Explorer, and the numbers in Music). Plenty more to come when I can.
• Fixed a problem I introduced which prevented any theme item (sans homescreen wallpaper) from applying at all.

Due to a rather unfortunate set of circumstances (apologies to Dangles), I was unable to replicate the somewhat enormous issue which was present in previous releases.

None of the system apps were being signed correctly, and users who flashed over the top of a working MIUI_Au ROM (ie Me) saw no problem. Everyone who wiped their data partitions encountered the good old ‘nothing is working’.

It was only after I ran out of space in my build environment and had the ROM half-bake itself (requiring me to full wipe everything) that I saw it. Then Lennox helped me sort it out.

Anyway, everything is working fine now.
